Terms & Conditions

1. Levitate Lifestyle membership eCertificate has no cash value.

2. Unless stated otherwise, Levitate Lifestyle membership is not transferable.

3.Levitate Lifestyle reserves the right to modify or amend membership benefits, participating hotels & restaurants listings and any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other Levitate Lifestyle material, at its absolute discretion at any time, without stating a reason and without further notice.

4.The list of participating hotels and restaurants is subject to change without notice. Confirmation of availability when booking is required.

5. Levitate Lifestyle shall not be liable for any amount greater than the membership fee to any member as consequence of the invalidation of his or her membership.

6. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment for Levitate Lifestyle, a member accepts these terms and conditions as modified and altered from time to time and agrees to be bound by them.

7. Should, for any reason, the Levitate Lifestyle membership programme be discontinued, InterContinental Hotels Group and the hotels and resorts included in Levitate Lifestyle shall have no financial liability to the member.

8.To join Levitate Lifestyle, you must be 18 years of age or above.

9. Best Flex Rate means the lowest publicly available unrestricted rate.

10. The benefits stated in these terms and conditions are only available in participating hotels.

11. All room and dining benefits (card and certificates) may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, certificates, transferred certificates, as mandated by the law, regulation or ordinance including, without limitation, the senior citizens discount and other promotion discounts offered in the hotel.

12. Use of multiple discount eCertificate of the same kind per transaction and/or per group/ reservation is strictly not allowed.

13.Member cannot sell certificates or Membership via third party channels.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ACCOMMODATION BENEFITS

1. Accommodation benefits (including rates and eCertificates) are limited to an allocated number of rooms at participating hotels. There is no guarantee that an allocated Levitate Lifestyle room will be available at the hotel or for the days preferred. Levitate lifestyle room allocations are sold quickly, particularly during peak periods or local events such as school holidays, public holidays and weekends. Please check when booking membership benefits are available.

2. Airfare and accommodation packages are not included from Levitate Lifestyle accommodation benefits unless stated otherwise.

3. Accommodation certificates are only valid for the days and periods specified.

4. Seasonal rates, lower than those offered to Levitate Lifestyle members, may be available from time to time. Please check at time of booking if there are lower rates available.

5. A member staying more than one night may use certificates on consecutive nights unless otherwise stated, subject to availability and black-out dates.

6. Levitate Lifestyle accommodation benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other accommodation discounts, offers and other certificates.

7. To qualify for accommodation benefits, members must show their card and/or accommodation certificates on arrival.

8. IHG Rewards Club Points not applicable when e-certificates for accommodation are redeemed.

9. IHG Rewards Club Points will apply when booked using standard accommodation benefit of 25% discount on Best Flexible Rates.

10. Best Flex Rate means the lowest publicly available unrestricted rate.

11. Frequent Flyer points will not be awarded when certificates re-used for accommodation.

CANCELLATION

Provided they did not avail of any of the benefits, privileges and discounts, by giving notice in writing within 7 days of receiving the membership confirmation email, a member may terminate his or her membership.

If it is suspected the membership is being operated fraudulently, Levitate Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel or defer membership at any time.

PRIVACY COMMITMENT

We value our members’ privacy and we understand and appreciate members’ concern about the information collected about them. InterContinental Hotels Group is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act. We now provide the following privacy statement that relates to personal information collected about the member of Levitate Lifestyle.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

The information collected by InterContinental Hotels Group is only disclosed to our fulfilment house and mail-houses under strict contract and may be stored overseas by InterContinental Hotels Group. To ensure that members obtain the full benefit of being a Levitate Lifestyle, we may from time to time send your information and specials on product and services of our business partners. You may cancel this benefit by contacting us and asking to be removed from third party promotions.

 

If you cease to become a member of Levitate Lifestyle we will retain your details for 12 months so that you can easily rejoin when you wish to.

You may request access to the personal information that InterContinental Hotels Group holds about you by contacting the Levitate Lifestyle Member Service Centre.
